6x DNA Loading Dye Buffer Orange can be used for loading DNA samples (PCR products, restriction fragments) on agarose or polyacrylamide gel. The loading dye serves as visual marker of electrophoresis: In 1% agarose gel Orange G comigrates with ca 40 bp (1x TBE) or ca 60 bp (1x TAE) fragments.
Properties Concentration: 6x Reagent Composition: Orange G, TRIS-HCl, EDTA and Ficoll Recommendations: Mix 1 volume ofdouble blue Dye with 5 volumes of your DNA sample and load into the gel.
